The warehouses are public warehouses the manufacture of the mats rents
floor space in. The warehouse employees cannot take orders for the mats, or answer
questions on the mats. Note: There
is a $35 Pick-up fee added to your order for warehouse pick-up.

Delivery Information
Placement of an order constitutes agreement of our pick-up or
delivery acceptance terms at the link above. Please read before completing your
order
Note: The driver's obligation is limited to
getting the mats only to the rear of the truck or onto the
ground.
We will ask the Carrier
to call you for a Delivery Appointment. This will automatically delay
delivery 24 hrs to establish the appointment. Discuss your needs and/or
limitations, if any, with the dispatcher calling for the appointment.
If you do not return a dispatcher's call, expect a delay in your
delivery.
